Loki’s Unlock and Fan Conditions
Complete page 7 of the achievement list to bring Loki to your restaurant, then unlock Groggysaurus Soup to make him a fan. Make the soup using Gaban’s idea, a Side Dish Recipe and Rare Chunk of Meat.
How to Bring Loki to the Restaurant
- Open Menu → Management → Achievement List and check page 7. Use the goals below to identify what still needs completing before Loki can visit.
- Work through every target on the page. Keep restaurant development, crew training, customer discovery and item collection moving together so you can tackle the remaining requirements as they become available.
- Finish the entire page to bring Loki to the restaurant. Reaching Elbaf or completing an outing does not replace this achievement requirement, so return to the list whenever you need to check your progress.
Every Achievement Goal Required for Loki
Loki arrives after you complete every goal on achievement page 7. Obtaining the Gomorrah Whistle is part of that page, alongside the restaurant, crew and customer targets below.

Check These Requirements if Loki Hasn’t Arrived
For achievement #77, check your reputation in sea 6, The Sea Beyond the Continent. The target is over 800 reputation in that particular sea. A reputation score from another sea does not satisfy the named requirement.
For the Whole Cake Island table goal, inspect the furniture categories around each table. A table takes its type from the surrounding furniture, and the category you want must remain above the competing categories. Check the resulting table type after rearranging instead of relying on matching colors.
If you need furniture materials, Whole Cake Island outings provide the Whole Cake Island Book. Facility Blueprints come from the shop in Nami’s Break Room, and Franky uses blueprints to craft facilities. Place crafted furniture through the Build menu, allowing for the Berries needed for placement.
For the tastiness goal, inspect the set-menu list before changing your meals. Price and tastiness are separate stats, so a more expensive set does not by itself establish that you have met the tastiness target. Robin’s Break Room lets you spend ingredients on dish improvements.
For lost animals, meeting the animal during an outing is only part of the process. Bring the customer it is looking for to your restaurant, then encounter the animal again on an outing. That return encounter is what lets it count as found.
Unlock Groggysaurus Soup to Make Loki a Fan
Groggysaurus Soup is Loki’s fan condition. Its idea comes from Gaban, while Loki supplies the idea for Groggysaurus Meat. Keep those dishes separate when choosing whose idea to develop.
- Meet Gaban on an outing to Elbaf in The Most Treacherous Sea. Open Menu → Actions → Go Out to select your outing destination.
- Collect Rare Chunk of Meat from outings to Zou or Thriller Bark. Use whichever destination fits your current progress and supplies.
- Open Menu → Shop → New Dish and choose Gaban’s idea. Combine a Side Dish Recipe with Rare Chunk of Meat to develop Groggysaurus Soup.
- Unlock Groggysaurus Soup to fulfil Loki’s fan condition. You can review customer fan information again through Menu → Management → Everyone’s Requests.
The Whole Cake Island tables are part of the achievement page that brings Loki to the restaurant. His fan condition is the Groggysaurus Soup unlock. Once he becomes a fan, he can keep visiting after you move to another sea and will visit more often.
Loki’s Dish Ideas and the Page Reward
Choose Loki when developing a new dish to use his cooking ideas. He provides Groggysaurus Meat as a main dish and Lingonberry Tart as a dessert. Match his idea with the recipe card and ingredient shown below.

For Lingonberry Tart, Fruit Platter is available from outings to Orange Town, Drum Kingdom and Florian Triangle. Select Loki’s idea when you begin developing the dish. The chosen character’s idea determines which dish you make from a matching combination.
Completing achievement page 7 also unlocks the Franky House Model. This monument is a reward for clearing the page that brings Loki to the restaurant. Placing commemorative models raises comfort, giving you another restaurant improvement from the same achievement milestone.
